Alston Youth Hostel, on the eastern edge of Cumbria, is nestled in the North Pennines in the historic town of Alston. A warm welcome is guaranteed, and we are happy to accommodate 16–17-year-olds with parental consent. It’s a great location for young people to discover the countryside, and hopefully spot the resident red squirrels too.
We are one of the few accommodation providers that accepts guests under 18.
