Cwm Clyd Bunkhouse is situated deep in the remote Elan Valley Dark Sky Park and is accessible to all. The bunkhouse is split into three buildings: The Longhouse (sleeping 12) and The Carthouse (sleeping 6) and the Main Building which houses all the communal facilities. Just off the Main Building there’s an accessible room with en suite wet room and single bed. The Longhouse and The Carthouse can be booked separately or together and the accessible room can be added to either booking.

For those travelling to Cwm Clyd Bunkhouse by public transport the local taxi company, S.P Cars (Simon Price – Tel: 01597 810666) is available to wheelchair users. This taxi service will collect you from Rhayader, which is well served by public transport. Please make sure you give at least 2 hours advance notice.
