Bwlch With Altitude is a self‑guided walking challenge around the villages of Bwlch and Llangorse in Bannau Brycheioniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, Wales. It is designed for families, small groups and walkers who fancy exploring the hills with a bit of added fun.
It is a 13 mile (approx.) circular route linking the village of Bwlch with the hills and lanes around Llangorse Lake. Along the way you answer quiz questions at set points, so it feels more like a challenge and less like a route march, especially for children and reluctant walkers. Whether it rains or shines, it’s always a fun day!
