Dear guests and future guests,
Relating to the current COVID-19 situation, we have decided that we must temporarily close based upon advice from the government, local police and Cumbria Tourism.
This is to support non-essential travel advice and social distancing. We feel that temporarily closing is the best way to ensure our guests, community, and the Lake District stay safe.
We’ll be back and we aim to reopen as soon as is possible. We will reassess week by week, but will be guided by the government’s advice.
We have contacted everyone who has booked with us up to 30th April to organise full refunds or to defer bookings to a later date.
If you have booked with us from 1st May onwards and would like to cancel or change the dates of your booking, please contact us or we will be in touch closer to the time.
If you booked through booking.com, hostelworld.com, expedia.co.uk, or through another third party, you will need to make changes or cancellations on your account with them.
If you booked through our website or by phone then you’ll be able to cancel and re-arrange dates by emailing us at [email protected] or you can give us a call on 01768 866 011.
This is an unfortunate situation and a challenging time for all of us. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
