Travel the old drover roads to Tyn Cornel Hostel on the Cambrian Way

Ty’n Cornel Hostel is right on the route of the Cambrian Way a welcoming warm hostel isolated in the wilderness of the Elenydd uplands in the Cambrian Mountains.  This traditional hostel is an old stone farmhouse with a cosy sitting room and open fire, beds are available in small dorms or private rooms.

This is one of two self catering hostels run by the Elenydd Wilderness Trust.  Tyn Cornel Hostel  has an unusually quiet, isolated location.  Located at head of the beautiful Doethie Valley with wild walking straight from hostel.  Its on the Cambrian Way long distance footpath.  This ex-YHA hostel is a  traditional hostel in a stone former farmhouse.  It has a cosy sitting / dining room with fire and is situated on an old Drovers route in the grassy Cambrian Mountains.  Operated by the Elenydd Wilderness Trust and cared for by volunteers.
