If you read the blurb on the IHUK website about Brook House Barn it sounds lovely, but it misses such a big item!
Listen, Brook House Barn is…”a high standard barn conversion with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, drying room, utility and a large lounge with panoramic views over the Wolds countryside. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a small lounge on the first floor. The bedrooms have a mix of beds and bunks, bed linen is provided and all have en suite shower rooms. A two bedroom (4/5 person) cottage converted to a similar standard is also available. The village of Scamblesby, at the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds and on the Viking Way, has footpaths, bridleways and meandering country lanes”.
Sounds great doesn’t it. And if you back that up with a browse of the available pictures, you’ll see that it looks great too.
No mention at all of that fact that Brook House Farm is also a British Horse Society (BHS) approved riding school and livery yard. Their qualified instructors can offer all sorts of riding activities for all riders aged 4 and over. They offer lessons form beginners to more experienced as well as adventurous hacks. Being surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in England, you can enjoy some memorable riding experiences out and about.
So why not make it a riding holiday?
