For simple accommodation in the Lakes look no further than High Wallabarrow Camping Barn. A no frills stay for those just dying to get out in the midst of this stunning area again.

Just a short walk from Seathwaite this end of the Lakes has a fair share of interesting sights to see. From the peaks of The Old Man of Coniston to the (relative) lows of Great Worm Crag. Further afield the beautiful Stanley Ghyll Waterfall can be seen in all it’s glory. Which as it so happens is en route to the main attraction for hill climbers Scarfell Pike. A pub dinner at the Wasdale head after an ascent comes highly recommended as does a stay at High Wallabarrow. You won’t find better value accommodation in the Lakes that much is for sure.
