This guided walk along a level path beside the rushing River Teign from Fingle to Clifford Bridge in the stunning wooded gorge below Castle Drogo. Starting at Fingle Bridge Inn just 4 miles from Blytheswood Hostel which provides excellent walkers accommodation.
We’ll hope for views of heron, kingfisher and dippers – our only diving and swimming songbird. There will also be an optional diversion to Upperton Weir.
Adults £5 donation to Devon Air Ambulance. Free for carers and children under 16. Easy walk suitable for pushchairs and mobility scouters. Dogs are welcome.
