Birdoswald Roman Fort is the perfect place to see the longest continuous remaining stretch of the magnificent World Heritage Wall.
The fort is set in a 61 hectare estate which offers opportunities for walking and bird watching as well as history. The bunkhouse is in an old farmhouse built within the walls of the fort and is perfect for visiting groups. 37 people can stay in the bunkhouse with its seven bedrooms, large farmhouse kitchen and dining room. Birdoswald Bunkhouse can only be booked for one group at a time.
