Shining Cliff hostel in Derbyshire is an off-road hostel, situated in over 600 acres of stunning woodland. If arriving by train or bus, you’re adventure starts with the hike along woodland footpaths to reach the hostel, and for those arriving by car the unique off-road location means starting your hostel adventure by wheelbarrowing your belongings along woodland footpaths. You’ve then got a magical woodland to spend days exploring the streams, woods, lake and millstone crags, and a stunning fire pit to spend evenings together around the fire.
The hostel accommodates up to 20 people in 5 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and an open plan self-catering kitchen, lounge and dining area. Weekends are a minimum Friday & Saturday night stay at £280 per night, Sunday to Thursday bookings have no minimum nights stay and there are discounts for smaller group sizes.
