Mount Cook is excited to announce that the Lodge is now available for self-catering stays, perfect for small groups looking for a base in the heart of the Peak District. From family getaways to walking weekends with friends, the Lodge gives groups the space and freedom to make their stay their own.
Guests will have their own kitchen to cook up whatever they fancy after a day out on the hills, comfortable sleeping space for the group, and a cosy spot to relax once the boots come off. Step outside and there’s picnic benches right on the doorstep with woodland all around, offering a peaceful spot to sit back and take in the surroundings.
For those wanting to add some adventure to their stay, Mount Cook’s full range of activities is right on hand, including High Ropes, Zip Wire, Via Ferrata, Archery, Bushcraft and Low Ropes. It means groups can spend their days out on the course and their evenings back in the comfort of their own space.
As a not-for-profit centre that has welcomed over 60,000 guests since 2016, Mount Cook loves nothing more than seeing small groups make memories together in the Peak District. Now they can do that with the flexibility and privacy of their own self-catering space to return to at the end of each day.
