The Old Brooder sleeps 20 (2 x 2, 2 x 8) in rural Suffolk with atmospheric kitchen to cook and feast in, cosy upstairs sitting room to relax in and 20 bikes to borrow to explore medieval wool villages and welcoming pubs.  We have rounders bat and ball and meadows to play on, croquet to enjoy on the lawn, outside badminton, table tennis, table football and a barbecue.  And the River Stour nearby to kayak down ..
