Remote Valentine’s getaway in Northumberland National Park

As well as our 8 bed barn conversion at Ilderton Dod Barns, we also have our cosy cottage next door with its king-sized bed and log burning stove. It’s ideal for couples throughout the year but if Valentine’s Day is on your mind, it is available for the whole of February. Walk or cycle all day in the hills, stroll along the quiet beaches, visit a selection of local castles, check out the local wildlife – the choice is yours, then return for a hot shower and relax in front of the fire. If you’re not so into the outdoors, we have a large selection of suggested activities on our website including links to local willow weaving and linoprint workshops.
