There’s nothing quite like a sunny winter beach walk and either a dram on the beach or time out at the Coll Hostel after a day of exploring. Our Dark Sky is second to none and we are the only UK island to be awarded the designation of International Dark Sky Community. With a more temperate climate, thanks to the Gulf Stream, we enjoy milder temperatures and some of the highest hours of sunshine to be found anywhere in the UK.
