Not your typical school visit

Walk, run, hug trees, frolic in meadows, pond dip, read, play, orienteer, paint, photograph, write poetry, sing, feast – indoor space and outdoor classroom on a 500-acre environmentally-friendly working farm in Suffolk

We welcome small school groups to enjoy our working farm – Tudor re-enactors, WWII ‘evacuees’, musicians, artists, scientists, poets …  We can help teach or you can use our working farm as your outdoor classroom – arable crops, grassland, happy pigs, sheep, bantams and a landscape filled with ancient hedges, woodland, ponds, castle earthworks – and lots of wildlife!  The Old Brooder bunkhouse and our Tudor barn sleep 40+ guests combined.  If you’re changing where you’ve been going for years, check us out.
