Skye Basecamp is our family run hostel based in the south Skye capital of Broadford. It is beautifully located with uninterrupted sea & mountain views looking across Broadford Bay to Applecross. We also run Skye Guides Mountain Guiding specialising in mountain guiding in the Cuillin, Isle of Skye.
We cater to the outdoor market with an efficient drying room, tent drying space, laundry facilities, superb showers and most importantly great local knowledge of all the walks, hikes and even rock climbs around. The sleepy village of Broadford is friendly with a large supermarket 5 mins walk and a great range of places to eat out from coffee shops to 3 course meals available. If youre munrobagging we can offer guiding in the Cuillin.
