For walkers there is the glorious and informative Isaac’s Tea Trail that snakes around the Allen and South Tyne valleys, again going right by our door. If you are up for the challenge the South Tyne Trail can be reached from Carrshield and followed all the way the Haltwhistle, but you may need a lift back! We also have a series of walks from the door that cater for most abilities a short ramble around the local fells to full day hikes.Find out more about Carrshield Camping Barn
