Greenhead Hostel, opposite to the lively Greenhead Hotel, has re-joined the Independent Hostels network.
Greenhead Hostel, on the Hadrians Wall long distance path, is run by Greenhead Hotel just across the road. The hotel is a lively place with live music, pub quizzes and great food. The hostel welcomes groups and individual walkers, tourists and families. It has lots of beds in 6 bunk private rooms, a large recreation room, self catering kitchen. There is also a 3 bedroom flat and B&B in the hotel. The hostel and hotel are open all year round and in Winter they offer courses from cake decorating to Astro photography, in one of the UK’s Dark Skye zones.
