Listen to the sap rise at the Old Brooder

Spring on the farm – rising sap, lambs, leaping hares, frogs, scarlet elf cups, pussy willow, coltsfoot and primrose flowers

Something for everyone here on the farm in spring – enjoy our farm trails with woods, ponds and meadows all just waking up in March with pussy willow catkins, primroses, frogs spawning and lambs being born.  And we’ll show you how to listen to the sap rising in the trees.  Adults can borrow our 20 bikes to explore the Suffolk Wool Town villages and local nature reserves.   If it’s cold, retreat to the cosy bunkhouse to feast together and play games in the comfy sitting room – and table tennis and table football for the more hardy.  Small or large groups welcome.
