This will be sad news for many, but due to the small nature of Gumber Campsite and Camping Barn (formally Gumber Bothy) we have taken the decision not to open this year due to the Corona virus crisis.
The small nature of our campsite and the size of our communal spaces, we have chosen to not to reopen in 2020 despite lockdown restrictions easing. We know that this will be a blow to many of our regular guests and to some of you who have never been before but had high hopes on experiencing Gumber this summer, but we do look forward to having back with us in 2021.
