Anyone hiring Rookhow Bunkbarn can bring along some tents and expand their groups with camping. The cost for camping is £10 a adult or £5 a child (per night). Everyone who stays at Rookhow can enjoy a campfire in our woodland firepit.

Neighbouring Lake Windermere and the village of Coniston is Rookhow Bunk Barn and campsite. At 10.5 miles long, one mile wide and 220 feet deep, Lake Windermere is England’s biggest natural lake. The Village of Coniston’s most notable feature is the Old Man of Coniston, a mountain that rises dramatically behind the quaint little houses. These beautiful places can be accessed while camping at Rookhow.
