Perhaps it’s due to the great weather that we’re having, or the lack of disturbance due to lockdown this spring but we seem to be seeing a huge number and variety of wildlife species on our doorstep.
Curlews, deer, partridges, pheasants, hares, owls, cuckoos and red squirrels have always been a common sight on our 1800 acre hill farm. But this year there have been sightings of kingfishers and otters on a nearby lake. You don’t have to look hard to see many of these species, but we provide binoculars in our properties for you to get a closer look.
