Round the Hogs Back cycle ride, Farnham Walking Festival, Heritage Week and Guildford WalkFest are all visiting this camping barn in the Surrey hills.
As in previous years, Puttenham Camping Barn will be open to visitors from the start of the Easter weekend. We are anticipating another good season, so far we have bookings from singles and couples as well as sole bookings for a group of ladies meeting for a peaceful yoga session and a local granddad paying a visit with his grandchildren.
Here’s a list of event for 2017:
- Start-of-season work parties will take place on Sunday 2 April and Wednesday 5 April
- The annual ‘Round the Hogs Back’ cycle ride will take place on Sunday 11 June, with a refreshment stop at the barn. Contact ride leader Martin Taplin on 01483 504926.
- Farnham Walking Festival, Sunday 21 to Sunday 28 May includes a the walk from Farnham to Guildford on 27 May with a drinks stop at the barn (route uses the Pilgrims Way)
- 2017 Heritage Week and Guildford WalkFest, for which an open barn event is planned.
