The village of Elterwater boasts one of the oldest pubs the “Britannia Inn” which has an ever changing selection of amazing locally brewed beers. The other local pub is the “Wainwright Inn” which is just a short walk along the river towards Chapel Stile. If you’ve ever needed motivation on a walk, then knowing a great pub is at the end should be enough to keep your legs moving.
