Eat real food at the New Inn

We make 60 different flavors of sausages, using only local in-season ingredients, real alcohol and natural skins.

Dave from the New Inn was was introduced to rare breeds in 1990 by the taste of the meat (it was delicious).  He was fed up with eating meat with no taste and he soon set about forming Pigs Folly a small Rare breeds Farm.  First in  the West Country  and latter moving to Wales, where he renovated the New Inn, which offers delicious sausages and has a great bunkhouse.
