Easter in the Lakes is always a magical time and the location of this camping barn helps fully realise this. It’s also handy for the National Trust’s annual Easter egg hunt.
Situated in an often underappreciated region of the Lake district Cragg Camping Barn offers simple accommodation. Those who are less interested in 5 star hotels and just want to get in the thick of it will be happy to find a dry and comfy sleeping area awaiting them after the days adventure. The Barn, while simple also has toilet and shower facilities. With less distractions its easier to fully take in the Lake district and its wonder. Perhaps a walk round the tranquil lake Buttermere, or a climb up the surrounding hills, in such a wonderful location the choice is up to you. Minimum 2 night stay but no minimum group size but sole occupancy required if bringing children under 5 or dogs.
