There are some fantastic walks from the centre. These can be navigated yourself or you can book a guided tour with us for a 1 30min walk or a 2 30 min walk.
There are some lovely walks you can take straight from the The Chellington Centre,one of the most popular walks is a circular walk to Harrold Odell Country park and back again. The trip goes across open meadows, past lakes, through woodland and along the banks of Great River Ouse. At the country park there is an opportunity to learn about the history of the park and how dramatically different the landscape is from it’s industrial past. There are two play parks and a cafe. The country park is a hot spot for wild bird life and flora and fauna. Excellent maps can take you on various routes round the lakes before heading back to the Centre for a cup of tea in the glass room where the view of the park can be enjoyed having a bit more knowledge of the area.
