Accommodation with a dance floor in a village hall!

The seventeenth century Old School at Yealand includes a Quaker Meeting house from the early days of Quaker history and a large hall with dance floor. There is plenty of room to socialise including a kitchen and dining area and 3 bedrooms. Group sizes can be expanded to up to 25 people with ease, using stacking beds and sleeping matts.

Facilities include a well equipped kitchen, dining space for 24, WiFi, 2 lounge areas and ramped access to one bedroom (with accessible shower room and wc and sitting room). Upstairs there are 3 large rooms. Groups of 10+ can use stacking beds and mats to create their own layout (sleeping bags are needed for this bunkhouse style accommodation upstairs).  Upstairs are the Penketh room; a large space with dance floor suitable for events and a landing room with 10 stacking beds which groups can spread around the 3 useful rooms.
