Malham Tarn Bothies (National Trust owned) offer shelter to Pennine Way users. Best described as a ‘stone tent’, you will need all your camping equipment just not your tent.
Windproof, waterproof accommodation at low, low prices. Dogs are welcome by arrangement and if needed there is parking for one car. There are two bothies, both sleep 6 and both cost just £30 in low season and £40 in high season.
