Volunteer role – do you or anyone you know, have an hour a week to spare on our small community eco-project?
We require an enthusiastic Company Secretary to support the legal side of our little oasis bunkhouse accommodation.
Our current excellent ‘company secretary’ has recently stepped down with our grateful thanks, and we now desperately need some support.
Would you share your skills in helping us with a small amount of legal documentation this year for our eco-charity/company?
Are you perhaps already a Company Secretary helping a charity, and have capacity to support one more?
If you (or anyone you know) might be willing to produce ‘micro-accounts’ and, if based in the Guildford/Surrey area, meet for a cuppa with our friendly trustees around four times a year, we’d love to hear from you.
Forms and templates are available too. The role can be done remotely, although always nice to have someone local to the project if possible.
