This is a community run hostel in the bustling town of Callander close to the breath taking mountains of the Trossachs National Park. During the pandemic the hostel is providing private en-suite rooms with managed the use of the guest kitchen. Online booking is available now for all dates in 2021 and up until 11th December 2020.
All the rooms are en-suite will now have a tea tray supplied. All rooms will be deep cleaned on departure then fogged.
We have put measure in place to manage the use of the guest kitchen safely. We will deep clean and fog the lounge and kitchen once a day. We are supplying each room with their own personnel kitchen and eating utensils and disinfectant wipes will be provided by the kettle, toaster etc. We have also put sanitiser stations in place as you walk in the kitchen. We have arranged our lounge into 5 socially distance areas so guests will be allocated their own table and area. We will also be putting up a time slot so guests can choose a time to use the kitchen.
We will now be doing self-check in. Payment for the rooms will be by bacs or contactless only. We will require payment prior or we will take the payment from the guest card on the morning of arrival. All guests will be texted or emailed a number for a key pad outside their room door which will give them access to their keys. We will email all guests 3 weeks prior to arrival to explain all procedures.
As of 3rd December we in Tier 4. We have made the decision to close until after the new year.
