Five private en-suite rooms are now available for booking in the bustling town of Callander close to the Trossachs National Park
All our rooms are en-suite will now have a tea tray supplied. All rooms will be deep cleaned on departure then fogged.
We have put measure in place to manage the use of the guest kitchen safely. We will deep clean and fog the lounge and kitchen once a day. We are supplying each room with their own personnel kitchen and eating utensils and disinfectant wipes will be provided by the kettle, toaster etc. We have also put sanitiser stations in place as you walk in the kitchen. We have arranged our lounge into 5 socially distance areas so guests will be allocated their own table and area. We will also be putting up a time slot so guests can choose a time to use the kitchen.
We will now be doing self-check in. Payment for the rooms will be by bacs or contactless only. We will require payment prior or we will take the payment from the guest card on the morning of arrival. All guests will be texted or emailed a number for a key pad outside their room door which will give them access to their keys. We will email all guests 3 weeks prior to arrival to explain all procedures.
