Known as “The gateway to Ben Nevis” Fort William sits between Loch Linnhe and the UK’s tallest mountain. Bank Street Lodge is a cosy hostel with all the amenities you’d come to expect. There is Wifi throughout and the kitchen is well equipped for your every need. The Stables, a restaurant right at the front of the building can provide quality meals for when you’re knackered from the days walkies or even ski (ees?). While it’s unlikely that your dog will enjoy, let alone be able to ski its nice to know that you as a bipedal mammal have the option. So depending on the weather and trivial factors such as being able to ski, its worth checking out for a different kind of holiday. Please note that there is a £10 cleaning charge levied for dog owners.
