The Lakes are looking lovely with all the autumn gold colours on the trees. Every where is less busy and so easier to explore the lakeside walks and mountains. Situated in the heart of Windermere and central Lakeland, you will find this cosy, friendly hostel ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area. There is a lot of information for you on routes for walks and cycle rides and maps are available. There is easy access to the lake and fells from our door and the hostel is adjacent to the main 555 bus route through Lakeland and opposite local bus tour operators.
On a rainy day there are plenty of things to do too, just visit the Tourist Information centre across the road from us.
