Are you starting or ending?

Either way Kirk Yetholm’s Friends of Nature house is there for you.

Kirk Yetholm Friends of Nature House, in the Scottish Borders, is right at one end of the Pennine Way. Its a great hostel, once part of the SYHA but now part of the International network of the access-to-nature charity Friends of Nature.

Depending which way you’re travelling you could have an early start or an extremely well-earned rest here. The Pennine Way is Britain’s most iconic long distance footpath. Over its 268 miles you can experience some of the best upland walking, taking in moors, forests, waterfall as well as landscape art, pretty villages and breathtaking views.

I imagine that’s just the sort of thing that Friends of Nature was set up to encourage.
