YHA Alston is an Independent Hostel, franchised to the YHA, on the edge of the Alston in The North Pennines. Linda, Neil & Jenny who own and run the hostel are keen walkers and cyclist. They have great ideas for routes and they understand what guests need after a long day on the road. A hot shower, hearty home cooked food and a comfy bed. Not to mention an efficient drying room!
