Aberystwyth is situated between two national parks, Snowdonia and Pembrokeshire. The lively town if full of historic buildings and sites as well as loads of foodie spots to excite the taste buds.

Why not take a ride on the longest funicular electric cliff railway in Britain that has been operating since the 1800s. Once at the top you will get a gorgeous view of the coastline and the town, a trip up at sunset is recommended for the most Instagram worthy pictures. A walk down the Ceredigion coastal path is a great way to spend a day, walking along the rugged coastline of west Wales with the sea breeze in your hair and a feast for the eyes in every direction, it is not one to miss.
