Built in the 12th century Alnwick castle has been used as a Hogwarts stand in. Now homing the Duke of Northumberland and family it remains a sight to be seen, and what better time to do so than Christmas?
We are open every day other than – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. There is no minimum length of stay or minimum group size so perfect if you’re just here for the night! With Christmas events running every day other than Christmas Day at The Alnwick Garden, just a few minutes walk away we’re the perfect location for those last minute festive days out. Alnwick town itself has a wide variety of pubs and restaurants, all with their own special festive offerings, and our large dining room makes us the perfect place for that family getaway.
