Easter farm stay in Suffolk in the Old Brooder Bunkhouse
We’ve got a late availability offer in the Old Brooder this Easter weekend and holidays. While it sleeps up to 22 guests, we’re offering it to smaller groups too at a discount – £1,000 for up to 12 guests, and extra guests @ £80pp for a 2-nght break with options for longer stays. Offer includes the use of a fleet of adult road bikes for those aged over 16, use of the tennis court and plenty of original places to hide your Easter Eggs on one of our farm trails. Farm stay Easter break in the Tudor Barn, Suffolk
Our large Tudor Barn which sleeps up to 25 has late availability for the Easter weekend and holidays with a discounted price for a small group. Min charge of £1,500 for 10 guests staying for 3 nights, extra guests @ £100pp. Fee includes use of adult road bikes, tennis court and amazing places to hide your Easter eggs! The farm is glorious in the spring – buzzards wheeling, newts courting, blackthorn flowering, farm trails to explore … the countryside awaits you.

Room for 30 on site (more sleeping in the historic Quaker Meeting House and yurt in the woods). Comes with 12 acres of woodland with campfire. The perfect getaway for a group of friends or extended family. £820 for the Bunkbarn only for the weekend or £1,060 for the while site.
Summer Half Term availability at Kings!
Friday 29th May to Monday 1st June is now available for bookings at Kings (min 2 night stay). Kings Hostel offers groups a uniquely private and affordable place to stay amidst the mountains of Snowdonia. With fabulous walking and cycle routes on the doorstep, a short drive to the coast and all the attractions of the National Park close by, there is something for everyone. Sleeping groups of up to 42 on a sole use basis, this historic hostel is ever popular with schools, clubs and family and friend get-togethers
Outdoor School Residentials | 2026 Dates Available
We currently have a limited number of late-availability dates for school residentials in 2026 at our outdoor adventure centre. These remaining dates provide an excellent opportunity for primary and secondary schools still planning their residential programme to secure a well-established centre focused entirely on group stays.
