Two thirds of a mile from the centre of Ffestiniog on the B4391 towards Bala. Look for a cattle grid and small lane on the right with catle gird.

Express Motor's Bus 35 from Dolgellau (4 times a day), bus 1B from Porthmadog (hourly). Trains from Llandudno Juction and Ffestiniog Railway narrow gauge trains from Porthmadog. Station/buses 20 mins' walk from bunkhouse.

As the route heads east away from Ffestiniog, you’ll find Treks bunkhouse. This sole use only bunkhouse is perfect for groups of up to 13. There is often a 2 night min stay, but as there is so much to do in the area, it may be just the excuse you need, to take a day from the route and explore.
