The Shed Galboly, a small cosy hostel on the Antrim coast

Opened at the end of 2024, this cosy 6 person hostel sits on the world famous Antrim Coast Road, overlooking the sea. It is close to the historic ruins of the Hidden Village of Galboly which nestles in the Glens of Antrim and was used in the filming of the Game of Thrones.

It has a breakfast bar area, communal kitchen and a cosy sitting room. Choose from a two person bunk room, a double room or book sole use for your family or friends.

The Shed makes a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. For cyclists the National Cycle Route 93 passes close by, while walkers can take the Ulster Way along this spectacular coastline. Just across the road there is an excellent fishing location at Garron Point and there are rods available available for guests to use. Others may prefer to enjoy the fantastic views and the wealth of activities on the Antrim Coast.

With lots of parking, a secure bike shed (complete with racks, pumps, inner tubes etc) and a drying space, this newly opened hostel is sure to become popular. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
