Converted from an old stone school, with much of the character remaining. It provides self-catering accommodation for up to 26 people in six rooms. There is a lounge, drying room, 4 shower rooms with hand basins and toilets, well equipped kitchen / dining room with industrial cooker, toasters, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwaves and payphone. Clean bottom sheet and pillow case provided, bring your own duvet / sleeping bag or hire a duvet and cover for £5 per person per stay..
The area is well known for its scenery including the Three Peaks walk over Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside. Close by are the Waterfalls walk and some of the best caves and potholes in the country including the famous Gaping Ghyll system and the White Scar show cave. Cave and Canyoning UK offer underground and over water adventures at discounted rates for bunkhouse guests

Set at the foot of Inlgebrough adn Whernside the bunkhouse is perfectly situated to enjoy the local area and enjoy a family break away from it all. There are so may walks, cycling routes explore and local attractions to visit. If you would like to add a little extra adventure to your stay we can take you on a subterranean adventure, caving under ground or jumping off waterfalls and sliding down shutes of water while canyoning in the local canyons.
There is so much to do you here and we can help you organise the lot!
