Skirfare Barn is a traditional stone barn and is a distinctive feature of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales landscape, standing at the confluence of Upper Wharfedale and Littondale with the climbers’ challenge, Kilnsey Crag, providing a spectacular backdrop. The area is famous for walking, cycling and touring with several footpaths easily accessible from the barn including the Dales Way. Kilnsey is nearby where you can find The Kilnsey Park providing day fishing and food as well as The Tennant Arms Hotel for those who prefer a bar snack. Pony and Llama trekking is available at Conistone. Although altered little on the outside, the Barn has been converted to provide centrally heated accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, common room with TV and DVD player and showers on the upper floor, and 5 bedrooms & drying room on the ground floor.
