Accommodation in the heart of Dolgellau, Snowdonia

Located right in the centre of the small historic town of Dolgellau, Plas Isa provides relaxed, cosy accommodation aimed at outdoor adventurers, whether they be individuals, couples, families or small groups.

The building is Grade II listed and has 5 spacious bedrooms with 3-5 beds per room – all private rooms, no dormitories. The rooms have a selection of bunks and single beds. Your bed will be fully made, ready to dive straight in, all bedding provided. There are ample bathrooms & toilets throughout the house. When possible, we will allocate one bathroom per bedroom, but we cannot guarantee this for every booking.

In the morning, a complimentary continental style breakfast is served in the large dining room. The lounge is a good room to relax with a good book, listen to your favourite music or to watch TV. The self-catering kitchen is open for everyone who prefers to cook their own meal. However, you might want to try the good choice of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

It is the perfect base for active holidays in South Snowdonia for walkers (Cader Idris, Snowdonia Way), mountain bikers (Traws Eryri, Coed y Brenin and Dyfi Bike Park) and cyclists (Mawddach Trail, Lon Las Cymru). For mountain bikers and cyclists, there is a small bike storage/drying room for 6-8 bikes available – please let us know at time of booking if you wish to use this.
