Mar Lodge Bunkhouse is situated 4 miles west of Braemar, at the southern end of the Lairig Ghru mountain pass that stretches to Aviemore, right in the heart of Cairngorms National Park. Set within a former stable block on the National Trust for Scotland Mar Lodge Estate, it offers comfortable accommodation for groups of 6 to12 people.

Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms: each sleeping 4 or 2 people in a mixture of single and bunkbeds. The twin rooms have single beds and the 4 person rooms have two single beds and a set of bunkhouse. One of the rooms is accessible and ensuite.

The bunkhouse features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a sitting room, dining room, drying room with washing machine, central heating, and hot showers.

Perfect for hillwalkers, mountaineering clubs, schools, university groups, or family and friends, Mar Lodge Bunkhouse is available for exclusive use bookings only with a minimum two-night stay.
