The Lodge offers the perfect balance between private and communal living with five private en-suite rooms and a shared living space. It can be booked by the room or for sole use. Everywhere and everything in the lodge has that feel of luxury, from the fresh linens and fluffy towels in each bedroom and the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious communal areas with high vaulted ceilings, open beam architecture and gorgeous views out to Loch Nevis. Knoydart Lodge is your perfect base on the peninsula whether you are climbing Ladhar Bheinn, photographing the incredible landscape and wildlife or just savouring the sheer remoteness of this very special place. For those pining for a secluded getaway Knoydart Lodge is here to offer just that. Being far out in the Scottish Highlands Knoydart Lodge provides a sense of isolation that is difficult to match, with many dog walking opportunities.
It’s easy to get lost in the beauty of Scotland. Mountains and Lochs scattering the countryside, far from civilization, light pollution or busy roads. Knoydart Lodge is a wonderful place to experience all this in luxury. With open beam architecture and a log burning stove it’d be easy to spend days just lounging. Knoydart Lodge is dog friendly. Up to two dogs per bedroom, we ask that they are kept out of the communal areas for hygeine and guest comfort. Knoydart is a wonderful place for dogs – there is ample outdoor opportunities from long and short walks to fun on the beach (a two minute walk from the Lodge) to hill hikes and exploring woodland.
