Ideal for walkers, cyclists, and group get-togethers

Once YHA Kington, the old youth hostel is now independently run and welcomes groups, families, couples, and solo travellers. You can book for a single night, a week, or longer.

Built as a cottage hospital, it has airy, well-proportioned rooms with plenty of space to cook, dine, and socialise. There are comfortable affordable private bedrooms, while the communal aspect of hostelling remains.

Private bedrooms are available as single, twin, double, and family en-suite rooms, and there are also two great-value quad bunkrooms. Guests can make use of a large kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge, with plenty of books and games.

There is a garden with picnic tables and plenty of parking, as well as secure cycle storage and a dedicated area for wet and muddy clothes and shoes.

It is the perfect place for walkers, cyclists, and tourists, and the whole building can also be hired for exclusive use, making it ideal for get-togethers and celebrations.

The property is managed by friendly, on-site hosts who enjoy running and walking and are keen to make every guest feel at home.

A simple, self-service breakfast is included in the price.
