Hamilton Lodge and James John Hamilton House sit side by side in the coastal town of Fishguard close to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

They provide quality self-catering accommodation in en suite rooms. A gate in the adjoining gardens allows groups of up to 20 people to hire exclusive use of both properties for two or more nights. Dog friendly and perfect for outdoor groups, family reunions and groups of friends.

When not booked in conjunction with Hamilton Lodge, James John Hamilton House welcomes individuals to stay for one night or more and is ideal for hikers on the coast path, cyclists on a journey or tourists visiting for a night or longer. A historic building, the first free school in Fishguard, it has a large open-plan lounge with exposed beams and comfy sofas. From Cardigan A487, through Lower Town, up steep hill, turn left 100m after Globe Pub. From Ferry port 1 mile to Fishguard Town Centre (Square), turn left, then first right.

Hamilton Lodge and James John Hamilton House (aka The Hamiltons) are just off the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path in the small, picturesque town of Fishguard in Pembrokeshire. With the Pembrokeshire coast on you’re door step there is so much to keep people of all ages entertained, with stunning walks and beaches. You may even spot some of the local dolphins if you’re lucky.

The clean, comfy, cosy lodge is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of adventures and with amazing pubs, restaurants and cafes just a minutes walk away you wont go hungry.
