OverviewGreen Rooms is a super affordable arts-led hotel & hostel designed for creatives, young travellers, groups and people who want to make the most of London. Situated in a beautiful late Art Deco building it offers spacious dormitories, chic doubles and family studios. It is right across the road from Wood Green underground station with direct connection to Central London and Kings Cross in 12 minutes.
There’s a bustling lobby bar popular with the after-work crowd for drinks, with DJs at weekends and regular changing art exhibitions by up and coming talents. Special events are usually free for guests. Green Rooms run a pop-up restaurant scheme, currently featuring Japanese kitchen Oita.
The hostel is ideal for switched-on independent travellers who are looking for a decent place to recharge after a busy day in town and who like to socialise with fellow travelers in the stylish lounge and bar area furnished with British vintage design furniture. It is also ideal for groups visiting London who can use the hostel area as a private space for their group.
Groups of around 30 guests/students can be accommodated in the two hostel dormitories, sleeping 12 and 14. With two en-suite 4 bed studio apartments available on the same level for teachers and tour leaders. There are 22 private individual rooms on other floors of the hotel. The dedicated Resident’s Lounge can be reserved as a private hang-out space and breakfast room for groups.

We are doing all we can to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Our aim is to provide three hot meals a day and we need your help to raise the money to fund this.
Green Rooms, North London’s pioneering arts-led hotel & hostel is working to provide accommodation to homeless and vulnerable people during the current Covid-19 crisis.
We will be doing all we can to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Our aim is to ensure everyone we accommodate also receives three hot meals a day. We need your help in raising funds to allow us to achieve this aim.
Any funds raised will be used to allow us to run a kitchen and deliver meals daily. No matter how big or small your donation, we will be extremely grateful to everyone.
Green Rooms has been the backbone of Haringey’s community since it opened four years ago. A social enterprise and a place to share, create and collaborate, we have always worked keeping in mind our community and surroundings. Hospitality is our core business, this is what we do best and in these challenging times Green Rooms has, and will continue to do all it can to help. The ideal group size is 30 guests/students who can be accommodated on the ground floor in our two dormitories, sleeping 12 and 14 people, and the two en-suite studio apartments for the teachers/tour leaders or additional students located adjacent to the dormitories. Our dedicated Resident’s Lounge can be reserved as a private hang-out space and breakfast room for groups.
The studios can sleep up to four people each. We also offer 22 individual rooms for guests who prefer their own private room.
