A city centre hostel within easy walk of the beautiful old port, cathedral, shopping district and a wonderful mix of pubs, clubs, live music, restaurants and café scene. Great for the young and “young at heart” who enjoy a vibrant city centre. Twenty minutes' drive to Exmouth with its 2 mile sandy beach for all sail sports and start of the Jurassic Coastline, and the same to Dartmoor National Park for walking, climbing, cycling and horse riding. Exeter is an excellent place to find work and is just 2½ hours by train to London. In addition to male, female and mixed dorms there are private rooms and three large double rooms with additional bunks, sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and towels.     Bus station: over main road, take first turning on left (Southernhay East). Stay on LHS walk until you reach the Southgate Hotel. Hostel is diagonally opposite. From Central Station: take Queen St to High St, turn right then, at 1st lights turn left on to South St. Continue to large junction at bottom of hill. Cross at lights.

    National Express, local bus companies and rail networks. 24 hour parking ticket available from hostel which is cheaper then local car parks.
